Here you have the English Grammar we've reviewed this week: PRESENT SIMPLE AND PRESENT CONTINUOUS. Please study them and if you have any doubts ask your teacher!

PRESENT SIMPLE

It's used to express habits, routines or facts.
Como su nombre indica, utilizamos el Present Simple para hablar del presente, del ahora. Puede utilizarse para expresar: hábitos o rutinas (acciones que solemos hacer habitualmente), horarios y verdades o hechos generales  En la siguiente imagen verás ejemplos:

Para construir el Present Simple únicamente utilizamos el verbo en infinitivo. Solo tienes que prestar mucha atención a la tercera persona del singular (he, she, it), ya que es la que cambia. Mira la siguiente tabla para recordarlo:

REMEMBER THAT.../ RECUERDA QUE....
With the Present Simple we use different ADVERBS OF FREQUENCY. Cuando nos expresamos con Present Simple utilizamos diferentes adverbios de frecuencia. Recuerda con este cuadro algunos de ellos y dónde se colocan en la frase:

PRESENT CONTINUOUS
It's used to express action in progress at this moment.
Utilizamos el Present Continuous para hablar de acciones del presente, que se están realizando justo ahora, en este momento. Para construirlo utilizamos el verbo to be y añadimos -ing al verbo. Look at the image to see examples:

There are different expressions that help us construct Present Continuous. Hay diferentes expresiones de tiempo que nos ayudan a construir el Present Continuous. ¿Las recuerdas?
